Description:
This JFAT Restaurant TI space is the brand’s fifth Southern California location, and can be found on popular Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica, just a block from the beach.  The eco-friendly landscape treatment (as required by the City of Los Angeles), of the property offers an exciting variety of colorful succulents and agaves, arranged in varied compositions of different textures and massing accents.  The landscape provides an understated, yet lush and colorful buffer between the sunken terrace and the busy sidewalk, without obstructing any views of life passing by on the street.  Sleek contemporary pots and horizontal wood-plank screen walls provide a modern look to the exterior of this dining space.
