Description:
As part of The New Home Company’s Builder Landscape Option program, this client wanted to see a specifc Miami- style garden vision of theirs implemented. A striking front garden with clean modern lines, monochromatic hardscape elements, and a unique stainless steel weir fountain, offsets this property from the rest in the neighborhood. With dramatic canyon and ocean views, the rear yard is dominated by a large black granite pool, with raised spa and sundeck on one end, and a sunken cushioned seating area with media wall on the other. Green manicured hedges, geometric lawn panels, white roses, and pewter pots define the refined landscape.
