Description:
This $3 million Costa Mesa neighborhood retail center renovation includes 8,000 s.f.
of new architectural building construction as well as remodeling of 12,000 s.f. of existing buildings. The 60,000 s.f. property was reconfigured with new parking lot circulation and upgraded with a complete landscape renovation of the entire site. Several outdoor dining patios and plaza spaces were incorporated to draw food tenants in order to draw more retail traffic for the shopping center.
