Description:
The renovation of this 25 year old Town Center highlights the vehicular arrival sequence, and enhances the pedestrian experience through emphasis on upgraded landscape amenities, and materials at entry plazas and courtyards and paseos. A ‘food-centric’ tenant leasing re- programming intends to activate the plazas and create stimulating and interesting public spaces that are comfortable and unique. New architectural façade detailing, along with interactive fountains, retail kiosks, site furniture and amenities are envisioned to carry the theme through the center.
